• ONE-HANDED DEPLOYMENT: Molle Medical Pouch features a hook tab sewn on the inside that is attached to a loop tab on the insert to prevent it from accidentally falling off, but it can be yanked out by grabbing the pull tabs hard from the left or right side to quickly deploy the med kit. In an emergency rescue situation, the first time is significant.
